“Three Skyscraper Sisters in the Green”“Three Skyscraper Sisters in the Green. The relationship of the concave and convex faces of the towers structures a pleasant urban space.”With the kink in the longitudinal façades – concave to the surroundings, convex to the middle – the towers seem less massive and integrate more elegantly into the urban fabric. The protrusion of the façade creates a flexible Schaltzimmer system – rooms which can be allocated to one or the other apartment. Hence, the building attains more proportion, plasticity, and a sculptural quality.“The ensemble demarcates a central, protected plaza and serves as a landmark along the nearby East Autobahn.” P R O J E C T D E T A I L S
